Refund & Return Policy

Nufond is a brand owned, operated, and managed by AyurTime. References to "Nufond", "we", "us", or "our" in this Refund & Return Policy refer to AyurTime and its Nufond brand.

Thank you for shopping with Nufond. We strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase of the Nectar Bloom Face Moisturizer. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, we only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, leaked, or expired.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product package is tampered with before delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Clear photos and/or videos of the product and packaging must be provided as proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The product has been opened, used, or partially used.

  • The customer does not like the fragrance, texture, appearance, or results after usage.

  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality, safety, or functionality.

  • Returns requested after 48 hours of delivery.

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may be required to provide bank account details to process the refund.

  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

4. Replacement Policy

We may offer a replacement instead of a refund in cases where:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or leaked.

  • An incorrect item was delivered.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability and stock levels.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • Refunds for successfully cancelled prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.

6. How to Raise a Return or Refund Request

  • Registered email address or mobile number

  • Reason for return or refund request

  • Supporting photographs and/or videos

7. Refund Approval Rights

Nufond reserves the right to refuse any return, replacement, or refund request if:

  • The claim appears fraudulent or abusive.

  • The product has been used, altered, or tampered with.

  • Insufficient evidence or proof is provided to support the claim.

  • The request does not meet the conditions outlined in this Policy.

The decision of Nufond regarding the approval or rejection of any return, replacement, or refund request shall be final.
